Messaging Framework

A structured document that translates positioning into segment-specific headlines, value props, and objection responses.

A messaging framework turns your positioning into the actual language used in emails, landing pages, sales decks, and conversations. It is built per ICP segment and typically includes: a headline, sub-headline, three value pillars (each with a claim and proof point), top objections and responses, and channel-specific variants. The goal is to ensure every team member — marketing, sales, CS — is using the same language and making the same claims when talking to a specific buyer type.
